Ok, I currently have a razr, but since I bought it on eBay not all the functions work with cingular. So I need to find a cell phone store close to league city, tx that sells refurbished phones for cingular.
You need to contact cingular and see if they sell refurbished phones. You can also go to a local cell phone store to see if they can sell you a cell phone for a cheap price.
Your best bet is to go to Cingular and purcahse a new phone so that it comes with a warranty. One thing you do not want to buy refurbished are electronics.
